How to Order/Using the Shopping Cart

Shopping at Hot Bodz online is easier than ever before! We've organized our products into sub-departments so you can go directly to the types of products you're interested in without having to dig through page after page of items that might not be as interesting to you. So if you're in the mood to browse by style or product type, you can shop by catagories and jump between different styles within each catagory with just one click!

To help you surf faster, we now present the items to you 4 per page for easy view. When more than 10 products are available in your chosen style, you can browse each page in sequence, or jump between pages by clicking on the corresponding number for each page. For example, in catagories with 30 or more items available, you can go from page one to page three with just one click!
Once you've selected an item, you can add it to your shopping bag with a simple click of the mouse. You will be required to specify the sizes, colors, and styles wherever applicable by picking the appropriate choice on the check boxes provided. You will also be asked to specify the quantity you wish to order. But don't sweat it! You will have the ability to adjust quantities, delete items, or make any changes you wish before finally placing the order.

If your browser is set to accept cookies, you can leave items in your shopping bag indefinitely, and then come back and place the order whenever you like. If your browser does not allow cookies, the items you select will remain in your shopping cart until you exit your current browser session. If you don't place the order before exiting, you will have to select the items again the next time you visit.

Order Online from the Hot Bodz Print Brochures

If you've received our brochure and would like to place your order with us online, have your item numbers available and click on the “SEARCH” button on the top menu bar to place your order online quickly and simply. We continually update our website to add new products, so, if for some reason you are unable to find a product on the website that you have seen on the pages of a Hot Bodz brochure, it may mean that that particular item has been discontinued. You may call us toll-free 800-554-8677 to verify and particular brochure item that you can not find on the website search feature.

Find What You're Looking For

Our website is equipped with a search tool that will enable you to search for items by keyword, item description, or specific item number.

To search by style number, keyword or item description:

You'll find a search box at the top menu bar and the bottom left side of every page on our website. Type your search words in the search, and click "Go". You can enter multiple words to enhance the accuracy of your search. You can also group search terms in a phrase by entering them in quotations. This is particularly helpful if you are searching for a specific item and you know its name. For example, you can search for the "Viper Club Shirt" or the "The Bodybuilder Jean".

Sales Tax
Sales tax is assessed for orders shipped to FLORIDA only at 6.5% of your merchandise total. Shipping is non taxable.

Secure Ordering
We at know how important it is to feel safe. That's why, as being an e-commerce store and accepting sensitive and private data in the course of a normal transaction, we have taken extreme measures to make sure your information is safe and secure. Information addressed within our site includes (but is not limited to):

  • address information
  • telephone numbers
  • email address
  • and any other information commonly given during an online purchase.

Extreme care is taken to ensure the privacy of your data when you utilize our online stores. All sales completed on our servers are protected through a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. Shopper data is given ONLY to the merchant operating the online store the shopper is purchasing from. Specific information is not used for any other purpose whatsoever, although general statistical data may be generated from the information.

At Hot Bodz, we believe strongly the privacy of the internet user, and will not tolerate any undermining of our statutes. Any use of our storefront system in conjunction with mass emailing (SPAM) and/or selling, renting or distributing confidential information will result in immediate termination of use of the storefront system.

Methods of Payment

Whether you're ordering through our website or by mail, phone or fax, you can pay for your purchases with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card. For orders sent by regular mail, you can also pay by check or money order (please do not send cash).

Hot Bodz is committed to taking every possible step toward preventing credit card fraud. By entering your card identification number, you help us to do so: Visa, MasterCard and Discover: The three-digit identification number is located on the signature strip on the back of the card. American Express: The four-digit identification number is located on the front of the card, above and to the right of your card number.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable ordering online with a credit card, but rest assured that we take great precautions to create a secure environment for our Web shoppers! You can confidently use your credit card to place your order with us online.

Please remember to include all item, pricing and shipping information on your order form. Also include daytime and evening telephone numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order (we will not use your phone number for any other purpose).

IMPORTANT NOTE ON ORDERING VIA EMAIL: Please do not submit your order or any personal information, especially credit card information, via email. Email is not secure and your data can be exposed or intercepted rather easily. For this reason we do not accept orders via email.

Gift Certificates
In addition to redeeming gift certificates through the mail, you can also redeem them online for the full cost of the item(s), delivery and service charges, and any applicable taxes. Gift Certificate amounts are: $15.00, $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 and $500.00.

To redeem your gift certificate:

You may view your current remaining gift certificate balance by logging into My Account manager and clicking View gift certificate balance.

Your gift certificate will be used by applying the gift certificate to your account. Once the gift certificate is applied to your account, it will automatically be used in any subsequent purchases made through that account.

You may apply the gift certificate to their account in any of the following ways:

  • By entering the gift certificate code on the one-page-checkout during checkout.
  • By visiting their My Account manager and clicking on "Apply a gift certificate to your account".

When is my order processed?

Unless you request a rush delivery method, all orders of in-stock items are processed within 24 hours. Orders for rush delivery are shipped the same day if received by 2:00PM Eastern time.

When am I charged for my order?

Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Delivery fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

What delivery methods are available?

Our Standard Delivery method is UPS. For in-stock items delivered via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the continental United States may take up to 30 days to be received via Standard US Air Mail Delivery. Please note that, regardless of your chosen delivery method, orders with a merchandise value of $250 or more will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If your order is sent to you in multiple packages, each will require a signature.

If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available on in-stock items within the continental U.S. only) are offered and will be automatically calculated within the shopping cart. You will be able to view these options and the prices before you finalize your order.

How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?

You can check the status of your order onlineby logging into “MY Account“ and click on the “Orders“ link, by email at, or by phone at 386-423-8844. If you have additional questions about your order, please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in your email in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally every day via USPS and have had a great efficiency and delivery times of the packages. The cost are based on the weight and dimensions of your order. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail however, Express Mail Service is available and the online check out will calculate the costs respectively.

What happens if my selection is "backordered"?

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated completion date.

An item I've ordered is on backorder and I do not want to wait for it. How can I cancel it?

To cancel a backordered item, please reply to the email you received OR call us at 800-554-8677 and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if known, and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will cancel it immediately.

Be sure to include your Original Sales Receipt or a legible copy in your shipment to us. If you have misplaced your original Sales Receipt, please include your name, address and phone number.

If you need assistance prior to returning your item(s), please call us at 386-423-8844. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive at our warehouse.

Exchange an Item

On the Sales Receipt or a legible copy, please write down the item(s) you would like to order in exchange for your return item(s), and include it when sending your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery charges can not be refund), please include payment for the additional amount or authorization to use your credit card that we have on file from your previous order. Shipping charges apply to all exchange items.

Refund Processing

Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 days (USA) and 14 days (International) for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. A credit memo will mail mailed OR emailed to you for verification that your account has been credited.
